ENNEAGRAM INTENSIVE 2.0

with Terry Saracino, Renee Rosario, Chris Copland

Part 1:  March 22-24, 2019
Part 2:  May 31-June 2, 2019

Transfiguration Spirituality Center, Cincinnati

This foundational course in the Narrative Tradition immerses participants in the most effective and dynamic map of personality available. Through the learning methods of lectures, type panels, dyads, body centering, breathing and self-awareness practices, you will experience:

  • The integration of psychology, spirituality and somatics
  • The reduction of reactivity through awareness of your type structure, specific defenses and automatic response patterns
  • The connection to your inner self, feelings and actions
  • The gift of compassion toward self and others, as you break out of the box of your personality type and experience different points of view
This program is offered in two parts.  Part 1 includes panels on the basic structure of the nine types (psychology), the basics of self-reflection (spirituality), and body awareness (somatics).  Part 2 is devoted to your path of self-development.
Registration:  You may register for Part 1 only, or both sessions for a more in-depth experience (and if you wish to progress to the Practitioner or Teacher certification track). If you register for Part 1 only, you will have the opportunity to sign up for Part 2 after attending Part 1.

Our Vision

The Enneagram Center of the Ohio Valley, Inc., works toward the spiritual and psychological development of its members and of the community at large through its dedication to the principles of self-discovery embodied in the narrative tradition of the Enneagram. ECOV members believe that mature self-awareness is a crucial tool for advancing human understanding, compassion, and the common good. Thus, ECOV members transmit the teachings of the narrative tradition of the Enneagram while modeling those teachings through their personal commitment to the lifelong journey of psycho-spiritual integration.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a powerful and dynamic personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and acting.

The word “ennea” is Greek for nine and “gram” means model or figure. Hence, the Enneagram is a diagram or star with nine points representing the nine personality patterns. Each of these nine patterns is based on an explicit set of perceptual filters that determine our worldview. Underneath each of the nine patterns is a basic proposition or belief about what you need in life for survival and satisfaction.
