ECOV was started in 1995 by a group of people interested in forming an Enneagram Center in the Cincinnnati area to foster spiritual and psychological development of its members, friends, family and clients.

Enneagram Center of Ohio Valley, Inc. (ECOV), is a non-sectarian organization founded to foster personal and professional development through the teachings of the narrative tradition of the Enneagram. The narrative tradition encourages self-observation and respect for individual experience as pre-requisites for mature self-discovery, spiritual growth, and psychological wholeness. ECOV advances the teachings of the narrative tradition through classes, workshops and training sessions.

Enneagram Center of the Ohio Valley, Inc., works toward the spiritual and psychological development of its members and of the community at large by its dedication to the principles of self-discovery embodied in the narrative tradition of the Enneagram. ECOV members believe that mature self-awareness is a crucial tool for advancing human understanding, compassion, and the common good. Thus, ECOV members transmit the teachings of the narrative tradition of the Enneagram while modeling those teachings through their personal commitment to the lifelong journey to psycho-spiritual integration.
